Settling in at Home

Well, we have made some positive progress.  Maya is changing so much everyday.  Sleeping is going much better for all of us.  She still wakes up at least once a night though.  Mostly it is because she is teething.  Most nights she goes right back to sleep.  Thankfully.  Maya has been crawling like a pro this last week.  She has shown tons of improvement since we first had her.  A few times, we have walked into her room, and she has pulled herself up in the crib.  Just standing there like it's no big deal.  Thinking back just a few weeks ago, Maya struggled just to sit up without wiggling all over the place.  When we hold her in a standing position, she wants to walk.  Maya hasn't quite figured out right, left, right, left yet.  We think she'll be walking in no time at all.  

One thing I can say for sure is, Maya is so well behaved.  The only time she has even come close to a meltdown is when her teeth really start to bother her.  She eats well, plays well, rides in the car well, and sits in a shopping cart well.  We have had it pretty easy when it comes to Maya's temperment.  She's been pretty happy over all.
