Quilt
I just want to tell all of you that we have not started the quilt yet. Actually, I was going through the pieces this weekend, because I really want to start it. Then I quickly realized that there are so many people that I thought would contribute, that haven't. I knew I wasn't going to have a hundred wishes, but I was really hoping to have more than I have. I was a little sad, I know that everyone is busy and has other things to do, but I would love if our family and friends would do this not only for Tim and I, but to help us make a memory for our daughter.

Sheila,
I also had a hard time collecting squares. When probing family, it wasn't that no one was supportive, a lot of people were nervous about what to write on the card, and how the card needed to look! Silly, at least to me! I ended up with 67 squares, but most of those were a double of someone's square (the one's that just gave me fabric), and then at least 10 were mine. It is also hard because not many people know how hard it is to wait, and how making this quilt is helping you guys a lot. I know it is frustrating, but no matter what, it will be a beautiful quilt that will mean a lot to that sweet little girl!!
Love, Kristen
