Back to work
Well it finally came. Last week was my first day back at work. It was very sad for me but also felt kinda good. Maya did great with her Grandma Kathy and her Aunt Marie. We were going to try to say good by to her in the morning but she didn't wake up before we left. Which I guess worked out better than I thought. They have been watching her at our house, which I think made it a lot easier on her. She was in her surroundings when she woke and then got to be in her house all day. We wanted to do this for a little while so she understands that she is not going anywhere, and that we would be back. My work on the other hand not so good. They wouldn't work with me around all of Maya's Dr. apts. so I could not keep my full time work. I'm now part time, which is what we wanted, but not right now. We were hoping to wait until Tim's insurance kicked in. Whatever. Things don't always work out the way we want them to, but seem to work out the way they are suppose to.

Love your last sentance comment. Always keep that in mind. God has a plan for our lives and he always knows what is best for us. I woke up this am thinking about you-three and just thinking how blessed am I that I'm able to share in your lives. I did not plan it. It was a calling of my heart and of coarse a major change in your lives- Maya, which brought us all together. When Maya can understand, tell her she is the HONEY that binds. Changes in our lives, shortage of time, deafness and blindness can cause us to focus in the wrong places, but the LORD above knows what's best for us and he will lead our paths. At first I was apprehensive about asking to TAKE OFF OF WORK! Apprehensive about being alone with a baby- our family has been babiless for 30 some yrs. Apprehensive about nothing at all. I have enjoyed every moment watching Maya and she's a lot more fun than going to work. Enjoy your time with her while she is little, before you know it she will say to you "Back to School"
